  • DOS - filing fee $170.00 ( filed within 24 hours, includes one certified copy upon filing)
  • KIT : $70.00 plus sales tax
    Filing receipts are issued the day after the filing occurs barring any State computer or billing problems.
  • If ordered, the NY Dept. of State issues routine certified copies 5-10 business days after the filing. The copy will be sent under separate cover.
